• • All participants will receive a certificate of participation from the Hawaii International Music & Art Competition (HIMNAC)
  • Multiple or no winners may result in each age group and/or instrumental division at the discretion of the jury.  All jury’s decisions are final and cannot be appealed.
  • The judges reserve the right to divide the prize into other proportions or to award no prizes.
