Welcome to the Hawaii International Music & Art Competition (HIMNAC). By participating in or accessing our competition, you agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Eligibility:

• Participants must adhere to the eligibility criteria outlined in our competition guidelines. Only those who meet the specified requirements are eligible to participate.

2. Registration:

• All participants must complete the registration process accurately and honestly.
• Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

3. Submission:

• Participants are responsible for submitting their entries within the specified deadline and according to the guidelines provided by the competition.

4. Intellectual Property:

• Participants retain ownership of their original works.
• By submitting their entries, participants grant the competition organizers the right to use their submissions for promotional purposes related to the competition.

5. Fair Play:

• Participants must uphold the principles of fair play and sportsmanship throughout the competition.
• Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Judging:

• The judging process will be conducted fairly and impartially by qualified individuals appointed by the competition organizers.
• The decisions of the judges are final and binding.

7. Prizes:

• Prize distribution will be in accordance with the criteria and conditions outlined in the competition guidelines.
• Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their prizes.

8. Liability:

• The competition organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by participants during their involvement in the competition, whether on-site or remotely.

9. Modification:

• The competition organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by the laws of Hawaii.
• Any disputes arising from or related to the competition will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Hawaii law.

By participating in the Hawaii International Music & Art Competition (HIMNAC), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Violation of these terms may result in penalties, including disqualification from the competition.
